The Issue...

Wide reach.

Almost no sales.

⛤ Content without a narrative

⛤ Poorly directed approach

⛤ Fragmented data

⛤ Wrong format

The Data...

What I found

upon crossing the springs.

80%

Top Reel retention (20
sec) on Facebook

9x

Reels generated more
engagement than
catalog images.

96%

The reach of the most-viewed reel
was driven by paid promotion.

5-9%

Engagement rate of the
best Instagram Reel

New Strategy...

From data to

concrete decisions.

Content

01 20–30 second Reels as the base format. Retention drops by
half beyond that threshold without a very strong hook.

02 Mandatory hook in the first 3 seconds—a question or fact that
sparks curiosity before showing any product.

03 Educational carousels for retention—content that is saved and
revisited later builds trust prior to purchase.

04 Promotions with context—each promo must explain the
"reason to buy now," rather than just displaying the price and
product.

Distribution and Paid Ads

01 Post organically first—wait 24–48 hours to measure actual
engagement before deciding if it is worth running paid ads.

02 Run paid ads solely with a conversion objective (WhatsApp
messages), never just for reach. Reach without intent doesn't
drive sales.

03 Instagram as the priority organic channel—it outperformed
Facebook in organic reach for 4 out of 5 Reels during the
analyzed period.

04 3 pillars with clear distribution: Brand discovery, Smart selling
(average order value), and Conversion + retention via
WhatsApp.
